Located at 3,000ft The Gatlinburg Summit Complex has unrivaled Smoky Mountain views. Our newly remodeled modern Studio includes a private balcony with peaceful wooded views and a distant valley view. New LED Electric Fireplace, new furnishings, newly remodeled kitchen w/ granite countertops, private High-Speed WiFi, HD Cable, and Smart TVs. Memory foam Queen Bed, and couch with memory foam queen sleeper. On site outdoor & indoor pool, two hot tubs, clubhouse, playground, and picnic/grill.

New Poolhouse now open!! Heated Indoor pool and 2 in-ground hot tubs open daily. Heated outdoor pool also open. Kitchen: Newly remodeled with new granite countertop open shelving, and stainless steel appliances. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, K-Cup Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and all basic cookware. CrockPot and Brita filtered water pitcher. Living Room: Brand new unique LED electric fireplace. Modern boxed beam ship-lap ceiling with wood beams. Couch with fold out full-size sleeper with memory foam mattress. Huge 55" Smart TV. Two chairs with a table to enjoy the peacefulness while drinking a glass of wine or your favorite drink on the balcony. Bathroom: New vanity, lights, and mirror on clean ship-lap wall. Large tiled shower. Fresh Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, as well as a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Beds: The Queen Bed is tucked away off the living room. This queen bed has a new Memory Foam mattress. Our full-size sleeper couch has a fold out bed with a memory foam mattress as well.

Other Details to Note

Guests have full access to all facilities at Gatlinburg Summit including: Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, clubhouse, coin operated laundry room, picnic/grill area, basketball goal. While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly. If you see in gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these. If this space is booked or doesn't accommodate you and your guests properly please consider my other 9 units at this same location. Wild bears do wander onto the property often. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to interact with them for your own safety.

House Rules

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Location: Gatlinburg Summit is located in a wonderful area that is a very quiet and peaceful setting. While it is atop the mountain in order to have the magnificent views, it is still close to all the action. You are just around the corner from Ober Gatlinburg. You can skip all the Gatlinburg traffic by taking the bypass and arrive quickly and stress free. Downtown Gatlinburg is quickly accessible by 4 different locations to give you plenty of options including Ski Mountain Rd(Light #10), Sugarlands Welcome Center in the National Park(via bypass), Light #3 at Ripley's Aquarium(via Campbell Lead Rd) and the entrance of Gatlinburg(via the bypass). All of these options are just a short 10-15 minute trip. In addition, Pigeon Forge is right down the road via the bypass in about 15-20 minutes. Don't feel like driving much? Take a very short drive to Ober Gatlinburg(less than 2 miles) and ride the scenic Aerial Tram into downtown Gatlinburg. The trams run every 20 minutes so you can return whenever you please.

This place was perfect for our honeymoon. Just far enough away from downtown and is very peaceful. The place was very clean and felt like home. As other reviews stated, the roads are curvy but aren’t too bad to drive. Matt was very responsive and we will definitely book with him again!

Matt’s place was a perfect place to stay for our trip! He is a quick 13 minute drive down the mountain right into the town of Gatlinburg. Easy to get to the Smokey mountain trails too! The space was perfect for us as we were out throughout the day and would come back at night to reset for the next day of adventures! We really enjoyed having the hot up and pool available as that is close to the condo and is open until 9:45 pm! We also really appreciated how he had k-cups and tea ready to go for the coffee keurig machine! Matt is very responsive and has a great guidebook pre-created if you text him before which gives you a lot of great ideas! Cookware and travel size shampoo/conditioner /and one soap provided , but I would still recommend to bring some of your own in case. He provides all utensils, but if you enjoy specific condiments for any cooking at the airbnb make sure to bring those. Felt safe and very comfortable at Matt’s, was a great spot! Thank you!!
