House Rules

No trailers are allowed. Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

This was our second stay in this location. We will always return as long as it is available during our planned travel time. It is SO convenient to Dollywood because you do not have to get on Parkway at all. Matt is proactive and responsive. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. Definitely recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It felt like home away from home. Everything was clearly labeled. The furniture was very comfy. The condo was also very clean. We plan to return.
