Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Located on Ski View Drive. 10-15 minutes from all the attractions of Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Mountain Ski Resort, short drive to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Something for everyone - plenty of nearby restaurants, entertainment, outdoor adventure, etc.

We loved Matt’s stay! It was very comfortable for my husband and I and the view from the deck and surrounding area was beautiful. We were prepared for the steep, windy travel up to the Airbnb because of reading other’s reviews and we were very glad we did. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If we visit the area again we will definitely be looking for Matt’s availability.

Find us

Convenient access using Gatlinburg Bypass. Less than two miles to aerial tramway at Ober Gatlinburg. Tram runs every 20 minutes into/out of downtown Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg city-operated trolley trips cost between $0.50 and $2.00 each
